For the last few months, our help desk system was configured in such a way that some tickets were being routed incorrectly or auto closed. We have resolved that specific issue and are looking into more configurations in the system to prevent further occurances. We have reached out to anyone with an active ticket under 30 days old and have auto-closed any other open ticket to prevent more issues.
