We have resolved the Date and Time issue where it was using UTC instead of converting to the Departments's selected Time Zone. This was due to some conversion issues going from a Windows env to a Linux based one. We are looking into reports of some user and unit status being unable to be set and are working on updating the BigBoard to connect to the new SignalR infrastructure. We have reached out to our Voice provider to determine why some users are getting disconnects when receiving a phone call for a dispatch.
