Resgrid Worker Changes

We have added some additional retry logic to our backend workers to retry broadcast operations (like calls, messages, notifications, etc). This could mean, users can receive a message up to 3 times as the retry is conducted. We will be monitoring this logic and make adjustments based on logs to tune it in the future.

Internal Failover Testing

We conducted a quick internal failover testing between our primary and secondary nodes and determined there was a configuration issue that prevented proper failover routing. We are working on a fix for that now. You may have seen a "Host unavailable" message from Cloudflare while we conducted the test.

Resgrid New Years Eve Status

We've deployed fixes to our backend workers to resolve problems for the Payment processing queue and slowness of the Notification queue. They should be working normally now. We are continuing to work on updates to multiple systems to improve performance and fix issues and bugs related to our major backend update. Resgrid Status Update

We are tracking down an issue related to our backend payments provider service. This could delay department plan updates or renewals. We have added some logic to try and prevent any disruption as a result. Additionally, we are currently tracking down issues relating to Shift Notifications and Status Updates and hope to have those resolved today.

bigboard.resgrid.com BigBoard Status Update

We have deployed a fix to the BigBoard which will allow it to connected to Resgrid's new event bus for live updating. Other changes include fixing if the missing delayed label and faster load times. Please clear the cache of your browser and reload the BigBoard page to get the latest update.

resgrid.com Resgrid Status Update 2

We have deployed a new version of Resgrid that contains a number of fixes for issues that were detected. We are still tracking intermittent issues without outbound phone calls for Dispatches and are working on the new deployment for the BigBoard that will resolve it's Resgrid Connection (SignalR) issue.

resgrid.com Resgrid Status Update

We have resolved the Date and Time issue where it was using UTC instead of converting to the Departments's selected Time Zone. This was due to some conversion issues going from a Windows env to a Linux based one. We are looking into reports of some user and unit status being unable to be set and are working on updating the BigBoard to connect to the new SignalR infrastructure. We have reached out to our Voice provider to determine why some users are getting disconnects when receiving a phone call for a dispatch.

We are looking into reports of incorrect Dates and Times being displayed, issues with Voice Calls, and BigBoard connection issues. Updates will be rolling out as soon as we identify and fix the issues.
