Database Deployed Caching Updates

We are actively deploying updates to our caching implementations to utilize our Redis cache more to relieve pressure from our Primary database infrastructure. Updates to caching in regards to payment processing and subscription changes have been deployed to try and release hot code paths there that are having an unusually high database impact. If you have made subscription changes and they are not active on your account please reach out to team@resgrid.com so we can fix the issue for your department.

Email Processor BCC Email Ingress Fixed

We have deployed a fix to the underlying API responsible for handling the importing of inbound emails to properly support emails utilizing only BCC addresses.

Email Processor BCC Inbound Emails Failing

There is a problem parsing inbound emails from providers, like Active911, that use the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field to address the recipient instead of the To or CC fields. We are working on a fix now for this issue so messages using BCC will process as normal.

Database Increased Query Times

As part of normal monitoring, we've noticed some of our common (get current user or unit status) or more complex queries (i.e. creating a new department\adding a subscription) have been taking longer than normal. This appears due to increased load but we will continue to monitor the situation and work on optimizing those operations so they return in normal times and reduce points of failure.
