Resgrid Worker Changes

We have added some additional retry logic to our backend workers to retry broadcast operations (like calls, messages, notifications, etc). This could mean, users can receive a message up to 3 times as the retry is conducted. We will be monitoring this logic and make adjustments based on logs to tune it in the future.

Internal Failover Testing

We conducted a quick internal failover testing between our primary and secondary nodes and determined there was a configuration issue that prevented proper failover routing. We are working on a fix for that now. You may have seen a "Host unavailable" message from Cloudflare while we conducted the test.

Resgrid New Years Eve Status

We've deployed fixes to our backend workers to resolve problems for the Payment processing queue and slowness of the Notification queue. They should be working normally now. We are continuing to work on updates to multiple systems to improve performance and fix issues and bugs related to our major backend update. Please if you notice any issues to let us know so we can get them resolved. Have a safe and Happy New Year to all of you.

Resgrid Status Update

We are tracking down an issue related to our backend payments provider service. This could delay department plan updates or renewals. We have added some logic to try and prevent any disruption as a result. Additionally, we are currently tracking down issues relating to Shift Notifications and Status Updates and hope to have those resolved today.
