15th June 2018 System Artifact Issue

There is an issue were some old code is becoming active and reviving fixed bugs, primarily issues with the Set Unit Status operations on the Units Dashboard and the Set User Staffing on the Main Dashboard. This could also be impacting other parts of the system. We thought the issue was deployment-related, but it appeared outside of a deployment window. It now appears it's old code that was deployed to one of our Azure Web App nodes that would become active. We've migrated nodes in the hopes it will resolve this issue, but if you encounter issues on any pages of the web app, especially if they were previously fixed issues please reach out to

14th June 2018 Deployed BigBoard 2.3.0

We've deployed BigBoard 2.3.0 which fixes the settings issue where navigation to the settings page does not work. You will have to refresh your browser and clear the browser's cache to get the latest. Follow the guide here ( to find out how to clear your browser's cache. BigBoard Navigation Issue

Navigating to the setting page does not work from the main menu or via the Call-To-Action button on the "first login" view. This prevents users who are changing settings or setting up the BigBoard for the first time from setting their login values. We are working on a fix for this issue now.
